Nancy Cole serves as operations advisor in the Office of the President. In this role, Ms. Cole serves as point person for operations and administrative functions for the President’s Office team and provides administrative support to the Chief of Staff.
Ms. Cole has worked at Notre Dame since 2005. She held positions as senior administrative assistant to the Dean of Mendoza College of Business and the Executive Director of the Alumni Association. In April of 2016, she joined the President’s Office in her current role.
Prior to joining the University, Ms. Cole was a legal assistant at Parker & Jaicomo in South Bend, an insurance claims adjuster at American States Insurance and Indiana Insurance companies. Ms. Cole also owned a home improvement and remodeling company for over 8 years.
