Bridget Keating, CPA

Bridget Keating serves as the Assistant Director of the Office of the President. In this role, Ms. Keating is an advisor to the Chief of Staff and manages initiatives in support of the President’s Office. Her responsibilities include business management, oversight of office communications, and coordination of University-wide events at which the President serves as host.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Keating served as an Audit Consultant in Audit and Advisory Services performing financial, procedural, and operational audits and special projects to assess the University’s internal controls, risk environment, and compliance. Before returning to Notre Dame, Ms. Keating spent four years with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Philadelphia. As a Senior Associate in PwC's National Tax Services - Exempt Organization practice, she served tax-exempt organizations such as universities, healthcare systems, and pension trusts. She provided federal and state tax compliance services and consulted on tax planning, reporting practices, and technical issues. During that time, Ms. Keating also served on the Board of Governors of the Notre Dame Club of Philadelphia.

A native of Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, Ms. Keating is a 2008 graduate of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business, having studied accountancy and public policy in the Hesburgh Program in Public Service. Ms. Keating served as senior class president, junior class president, and sophomore class treasurer. Also as a student, Ms. Keating helped lead the Tax Assistance Program, served as an Admissions tour guide and altar server at the Basilica of the Sacred Heart, and worked in the U.S. House of Representatives in Washington, D.C. She was the recipient of the Rev. A. Leonard Collins, C.S.C. Award, Michael J. Palumbo Award, and Student Affairs Citation of Merit.
